On this momentous occasion, I would like to offer my deepest gratitude to the brave people of CDF-Mindat, who have dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to this revolution.

From the beginning, Mindat has been a proactive leader in the revolution, being one of the first regions to take up the traditional Tumi guns and against all odds resist the genocidal military regime. Despite their numerous hardships, they have been dauntless and courageous in the face of evil. It is in these brave people that I place my deepest faith.

Therefore, I sincerely hope that with their courage and dedication we will continue to strive for a peaceful union where freedom and equality are basic rights for each and every one of us
